Around 40 years ago, it seems my father collected these when he was a child.
They appear to be prizes from the Wafer Chocolate?
He apparently said they were sparkling? and seemed to jump for joy when he got one ✨
Due to long-term storage, there are stains as shown in the photos.

I don't know much about them, so I apologize for the poor explanation (^_^;)
