Maintal Rosehip Preserve is produced in accordance with an old family recipe and Maintal is the market leader in Germany for this speciality with 59.6%. Its secret is hidden in its originality. It has remained a wild fruit to this day, and is collected by hand from hedges, edge of the forest or bushes in the age-old tradition. The sun-ripened rosehips are picked by hand and are deep-frozen immediately following harvesting.
