In good used conditioned
I did wash the outer layer and put inside pillow to drier only which made the pillow has some marks which does not affect usage
The outer fabric does have those fuzzy balls from wash (see pic if you don’t know what I mean)
I didn’t use it much since I had my baby earlier than expected bought it around May 2021
