Studio D'artisan Storm Rider

This blanket jacket is inspired by 1950s denim storm rider jackets and made with a D'Artisan original left-hand twill denim.

To protect against the "cold," a weakness of denim jackets, a border blanket is attached to the lining to enhance cold protection and heat retention. The history of this denim jacket x blanket combination is long, originating when blankets were attached for warmth during the era when denim jackets were still workwear.

The sewing thread uses the familiar orange thread often used in standard jeans, creating a contrast with the deeply dyed fabric.

While faithfully reproducing the details of the time, it has been revived as a modern denim jacket by using original laurel leaf buttons with a D'Artisan design on the buttons and setting the length longer than vintage jackets.

This jacket can be used in various styles with its understated parts. It can be worn for a long time depending on how it is styled.
