Works but sometimes when I press the pedal it works slower than other times. Sometimes it'll run fast for a kong time then I will press the pedal again and it will run at a medium speed for a short period then go fast again. It seems to get better the more I run it though so maybe it will go away over time with use.
I oiled the machine.
There are some misc nicks/scratches under the middle dialbon the right and a couple of small nicks on the top and a couple in other areas. I tried showing most of the nicks in the last photos.
